I haven't noticed any benefit. Bought 2 dishwashers. prepaid installation, got RIPPED OFF for an additional $520, forr which I have yet to get an itemized receipt even though I asked for one that same day!

If you own a Best Buy Card, you need this membership. This membership is only useful if Best Buy carries the products you want/need to purchase. Unfortunately, Best Buy's product listings keep dwindling and appear to be focusing on appliances and entertainment systems while forgoing even necessary accessory items for installing aforementioned products.

I wish I signed up for this membership sooner. I thought it was a lot more expensive. I have already gotten my money back. I get quite a few visitors from foreign countries. Apple products are a lot more expensive where they come from. So they get a chance to shop the already cheapest prices in town and save on top on top of that with my membership. Of course I get the points. It’s a win-win. Thank You!

This is great. I find that the extended return window gives me such freedom in not worrying about getting back to the stores within 2 weeks and actually enjoying the product before deciding. I’ve also already saved as much as the membership cost just in “membership only sales” those are the biggest benefits so far but I know I’m going to continue to renew year after year

I joined the membership when I bought the new TV. The sales person strongly recommended me to join and mentiones about the price match within 60 days. He sold it to me with the value point. During the labor day weekend, I checked the bestbuy ad and the TV that I bought was on sale. I bought the receipt back to the customer service and they honored the new deal because I was a member. I think the sales man was kind of pushy and now that Christmas is over, I do not see the reason we bought this as he had been "hearing" there would be a price break which would get a refund/credit towards or account on these purchases
