I'm very happy to be at BustBuy, I've closed my Amazon Prime subscription and buy my electronics from BestBuy. My only request is for more product diversity and a dedicated distribution network like other organizations.

If you don't need the added protection plans and just want the benefits of the extended return periods and exclusive deals, then this can easily pay for itself in no time. I buy a lot of tech and tend to have to return/exchange items as I often don't know until i get them home if they will work for what i need. having the extra time to test out the tech and the peace of mind of not worrying about a small return window is worth the money for me

Freezer drawer rail8ng system failed. It was repaired. Then the drawer failed again. We're hoping the 2nd fix works. Repairman was friendly and courteous.

The only way I was able to return my product was to purchase this membership since the product I was trying to return had elapsed the 14 day return policy. Cost 50 bucks Not really a fan of this so far but withholding my judgement. There might be some silver lining to this but just dont see it yet.

If I need help I can make a phone call or go there in person, which is convenient.

The membership is well worth the price. Very reliable and awesome to have the geek squads help whenever needed

I have never been a fan of memberships and subscriptions to retail stores. I've chewed and swallowed on "Red" and "Pro" as a gamer, and nothing has achieved my expectation. My Best Buy Plus has easily the best promotions for gaming than any sub I've used. They'll always match any "Red" or "Prime" deals as well! In just a few short months, I've saved DOUBLE the cost of my membership on exclusively titles I planned on purchasing anyway. I do not think I have a reason to purchase new games from any other store.

Hard using my card for purchases, declined often then locked out

We like the TV that we bought- Sony. We had good deal and got some rewards. Avsheen helped us. He is very helpful and knowledgeable and patient.

It would have been a great benefit for me if I was you ger and always on top of the electronic gadgets. I purchased and returned membership because there was no used for me. 3 - stars for me for goving me the chance to try out and able to return with full credit back when Dissatisfied— True customer service!

Love Best Buy. Best in the business of electronics. Best product for the price. Best deals hands down. Even more so with the membership. It's more of what Best Buy has to offer with more discounts and savings. I saved over $1000 with my purchases.

I became a member primarily because of the extended return date. I needed to make a purchase, but it was going to take some time before I knew if the item fit my needs. The 60 day return period gave me plenty of time to relax with the item before making a final decision.

Sounded like a good program! Not sure if I'm getting too much additional value/ROI from it to justify wanting to renew again in September, aside from the initial purchases I made on the first instance I bought. Will see though! Have had mostly positive experiences at Best Buy, specifically in Paramus, NJ. Thank you.

Although there is the up front cost, there is definite value with the benefits with the Best Buy Plus membership. Return window is notably longer for products. On a first purchase with the membership, got $25.00 off right away on a product. As more items were purchased over the year the savings with the Plus membership already exceeded the cost of the membership by far.

If you shop at Best Buy a lot and get protection plans, use the geek squad, or just downright like member pricing. Then this is for you!

The overall experience is great. Receiving deals directly and being able to collect points is easy and very straight forward. Having all your previous purchases available in your profile helps you to find purchase dates and specific details very helpful when dealing with warranties for electronics and appliances.
