I really enjoy having the membership so far. If you are furnishing a new home or making major upgrades, it makes sense to buy the membership. I was able to get free shipping on a 75 inch TV and with the money I’ve spent so far in just 1 month of having the membership, my rewards dollars have already covered the cost of the membership for one year.

Zack (and Josh) assisted me greatly and with tremendous patience in helping me to resolve my issue with the new Best Buy credit card purchases and the rewards through my membership on new purchases. I had to visit several times to resolve the matter and they went above and beyond to assist me.

the membership is value for money. The cost recoups once you make a purchase where the potential saving is $50. This is also gives additional window to return the items and also price match. Definitely would recommend this membership

My main complaint is that I was told at the time that it would auto renew every year. I was also told I could go home and login and turn that feature off. Could not find out how to do that, and when I called customer service I was told that can't be done. Best Buy misleading us again?

I have not had much of a chance you use my rewards membership yet but hope so in the near future. I think it was worth it so far.

Quick and very kind attention. They explain everything in detail to you. Even if you are wrong about apartment, they help you tell you where to ask for help depending on your problem.

I just cancelled this because I was misinformed about the benefits of having it. I was tols it included the geek squad and it does not.

The product was brought for my wife and she loves it.

It was a good when you sold DVD/Blu Ray movies and could get a discount with the membership. I used to go there almost weekly to buy new movies (you can look at my purchase history). I bought a laptop and TV there last year. Unless one of them breaks, there is no reason to go back to Best Buy for a couple of years. I'll cancel the plus membership in a couple of months when it expires and possibly renew it when I need a new TV or laptop.
