Gotta say that this membership saved me a lot of trouble. Bought a product that I loved at first only to discover a month or so later that is has a huge fault that ended up making the product essentially unusable. With the extended return policy offered by the membership I was able to return it no problem and it saved me tons of time potentially dealing with warranty shananigans.

Purchased HP laptop, my first. It is providing excellent service allowing me to replace my HP desktop because of not having room ffor te desktop.

OMG you guys are persistent! THE HEAD PHONES ARE GREAT!! I only recently started using them and I rated them 4 of 5 stars because sometimes they cut in and out even after they have been completely charged.

I walked in needing a laptop for school and work walked out with just that the Best Buy employee helped me a lot with explaining to me about all the different types of computers she had she recommended great ones and gave me the opportunity to pick for myself also helped me getting discounts with signing up for the membership who doesn’t love discounts I enjoyed my trip to Best Buy in Irving Texas definitely going back the holidays are here. !

Great idea to have a protection plan. Would definitely recommend to get one

You have longer on certain item to keep or upgrade and there otherperks the membership plus has to offer

I take this membership because a shop guy told me that I could get a partial refund of my laptop payment if the price drops in the future. So I'm waiting for that.

The membership immediately paid off after I had bought a TV and subsequently, the price went down for members. Customer service immediately refunded my card for the discounted amount.

The day i decided to become a bestbuy plus member is when i experienced the worst treatment from bestbuy delivery team. I bought a washer and dryer and the delivery date they told me was fine but i realized i and my spouse wont be home until later that day. They usually say 7am to 7pm is the time for delivery. So i called 2 days prior to let bestbuy know that we would be home by 2pm and they said they would put in the request. On the day of delivery the driver called me around 12 and i explained rhat i already called best buy that my spouse should be home by 2. He said they could squeeze me in. But his supervisor called back and was angry she said she cant honor the request i kept explaining to her but she became rude and yelling at me, i even called the bestbuy corporate office and put her on a 3 way call. It was horrible. I told her I dont even understand how she works in a field like this. ExTREMELY RUDE. She told me to cancel my order. I told her i only buy my electronics and things in that nature from bestbuy. i went off on her because requesting I cancel the order to go buy from somewhere is ridiculous and you are working for bestbuy. I have made up my mind to cancel my membership, its not worth it. I am customer not her child.

It’s diffidently worth the few extra dollars to know that my new products are covered.

I like the experience i had. The product that i want is in the store and every process is smooth. The geek squad are excellent. It was done so quick. They offer best buy cards for easy transaction. My husband will definetely use it again soon. It was totally awesome.

This is a great value and love all the perks. We’ve had a few unexpected purchases over the last year (stove, refrigerator and washer) and this membership saved us lots.
