Very nice young man waited on me today. He explained my rewards points. Just wish Best Buy had more variety of small appliances, instead basically 2 or 3 expensive brands.

The annual cost was minimal and I have already saved three times the cost with lower prices on items within 60 days. When presented with the option to purchase My Best Buy Plus membership, I thought just another upsell that is a money grab. I was wrong and now glad that I purchased it.

I'm giving this 5 stars as I was able to pre-order a Switch 2 about 40 minutes after the release. I assume this is because I had the Best Buy Plus membership.

10/10 would recommend, helps with making purchases easier

I did not have to use any of my benefits this year. Will definitely renew as the Geek Squad support will be invaluable as I update my aging home electronics.

I am not really certain of my benefits, thus the neutral rating. When I first opened it up I was expecting a lot more as was explained to me. As I utilized my card I found restrictions and the fact that upon return of one of my items, the monies were not refundable in cash, just in store credit. I said to the representatives that I do not like to pay over time but rather pay off my purchase within the first month. The credits I was supposed to receive seemed to be reduced from the original amount and that I had to wait more than 60 days to use them. I am not very happy with this program at this time.

I had a decent experience with best buy so far the only thing I would have liked would have been a quicker time for a manager override but otherwise great service and wonderful employees

This makes good since to me because I shop at Best Buy for all my office equipment and products. They have good people that work in the store that makes sense sure you are taken care of.

Great sales help and product. Got just what we needed quickly and really enjoy our new TV. Membership card helped with our decision to purchase a better unit.

Ordered a hair trimmer and received it 2 days later! Kind of a big deal for my location. Faster than Amazon Prime. Will definitely be ordering more products.

I have not had a lot of opportunities to take advantage of it, but the one time I did, it was great. I was busy and forgot to return a product within the normal refund timeframe. Since I had My Best Buy Plus I could make the return and get a refund.

It was helpful when I first started with the initial purchase. I was given a bunch of special deals. I did not see any advantage later on though.
