Consider what this membership offers before buying.

Wasn't sure if I wanted it, but so glad i did. Been to Geek Squad a couple of times for various items. Haven't had any issues. Service is great.

It’s awesome for offered Best Buy plus membership, I came by to picked up ordered online and one man who front cashier wasn’t nice and been rude to me I was told I am Deaf and he gave me hard time for keep talking I was offer showing my order number on my mobile and he keep talking and refuse give eye contact with me and keep talking I wasn’t able yo read his lip. It makes me feel doesn’t want come back because of this barrier accessible for me

Really awesome especially for geek squad if you have a console or anything, they’ll fix it right up awesome

Great rewards but I do not want any membership that I have to pay for.

I love the things that the best buy person talk to us regarding the use of the membership and it explain it very well and understandable and regarding the units we bought it’s is nice and well and easy to access.

Tons of perks and rewards, who wouldn’t want to plus membership. Another added bonuses you have extended time to return the items items if you’re not satisfied.

I got an almost $800 laptop for only $450. I think that's a steal. It was already on sale, plus i added a $10 reward i had, and on top of that i added my membership discount. I was smiling all the way home. Love, love and love it. Wished i had it a long time ago.

Useless. The “consultant” said this and my 3 year Geek squad warranty would cover my Floor model Samsung Laundry center exactly like a new model, and when we got it installed and the dryer was making an odd scraping noise when we turned it on the first time- the customer service refused to honor that claim and said it’s not eligible for replacement but could have a repair technician come out. He came out a week later, and told me he could shove a 2x4 into the back of the unit and push the outer case back out, which was rubbing on the drum- he said there was no way to know this in the store by looking at it. He said it would likely pop back out at some point even if he did that and I may want to request a replacement which is covered under my plan and warranty. I called customer service back, and they said because it was a floor model they couldn’t honor that and I had to speak with the Store Manager. Who by the way, you can’t call ahead of time because there are no direct lines into the store, it routes you to the 1-800. They told me I had to go into the store WITH THE ENTIRE LAUNDRY CENTER if we wanted to even discuss a replacement. Mind you, I had to hire delivery to get it home! All this, and the price difference (with the 3 year BB warranty we bought) between the new unit and the floor model was 150$. I will not be purchasing any further appliances from BB, and I would suggest no one buy any floor models unless you’re comfortable risking throwing the money away if it doesn’t function when you get it home. Definitely never buy the warranty, this is the second time I’ve had issues getting them to honor it on faulty appliances.

This membership has less and less advantages. There was a time that being a plus member gave you a percentage rebate, not anymore. There are some marked 'special offers' but mostly on products you won't need. The extension of the 30 day return to 60 is nice. Because I incidentally shop at Best buy for me it's not worth it. Won't extend my membership.

The experience with the membership has been great. I paid less for my items, especially when the store has sale prices and additional one for the members.

Bought the membership, ended up getting money back on an large purchase, when item went in sale after being purchased and delivered/installed

60 day return window is worth price alone. Seriously I cannot stress the benefit of this if you use it to your advantage. I value all the other “benefits” at $0 though
