So far the deals, including early access to Black Friday/ Cyber Monday, have closed to paid for themselves and I've only had it a couple months. Definitely recommend if you're doing some upgrading of home appliances (big and small) and tech.

Everything went smoothly. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Delivery was on time and we were noticed before their arrival. The people were polite and we asked them to move the item a bit to keep it safe from the dings knocking it over. They were nice about stepping back into the house to move it off to the side.

Love the extended time you get to try out your purchase. Also love the unlimited geek squad services on anything I bring in.

The Best Buy team explained to me about membership and I'm glad I purchased that period it will pay for itself over again. The membership has been great! The member pricing has really made a difference in me making decisions to purchase items from Bestbuy instead of another local store. I believe we have taken advantage of most of the benefits that come with the membership.Has really Made A Difference.

The prices are not bad with membership, and there are a few perks. Only worth it if you spend a lot during the year here.

I feel a bit of bait/switch in that I was led to believe I was paying a certain amount, turned out to be significantly more. I blame myself. Then I learn the price matching on an item that may go on sale after purchase, like now for the holidays, if the price drops more than once & you go for that first price drop, nope you can’t go & get the difference after any consecutive drops. It’s a gamble.

The customer service team was excellent very knowledgeable on the product and very easy to work with. Which made my experience that day so much better. Always preferred Best Buy because of their strong tech support and Brand recognition.

Benefit to this program, you have up to 60 days to return an item. That’s worth the investment right therezz
