The associate and his department manager seemed to tag team and it felt like a high pressure sale. I have experienced this before and its unprofessional and makes me not want to do any further business with Best Buy. I am still looking for/waiting for this $100 coupon but I worry I missed out on using it because it was a limited time thing. I gave the experience 2 stars because I really like the iPad that I purchased, otherwise it would be 1 star. The young man who answered questions a couple days prior was more helpful.

I couldn’t get it to do anything. They were able to move my phone past the symbol and I haven’t had an issue since.

The staff attended to us was very courteous and quick in providing services. She answered all our queries patiently and resolved the Tax exemption issue. We had purchased the Apple Macbook Pro M3, along with Office 365 family plan and were extremely satisfied with the purchase! The Macbook worked perfectly and was truly a bargain compared to prices we had seen in other retailers!
