I could have gotten this purchase for less elsewhere...why is there a delivery charge on major appliance when other places do not charge a delivery fee on appliances over $500. I spent 1500+ on a fridge and you still charge me even though your membership says "Free delivery"

Made an order something that showed in stock showed 3 day arrival but took over 3 weeks and it was placed well before black friday!

It feels like you’re apart of the Best Buy company with the deals, perks, and services they offer. Even without the paid membership, Best Buybhas always been one of my favorite companies to shop because of their hospitality and the membership increased the value of the customer with the deals offered to you.
