Love the service that you get when you go into the store Best Buy. That service tech that helped me was very well educated on the product I purchased.

You sometimes get some cash off but only on very select items. Overall it appears more of a way to encourage the sale of sale items or things BestBuy is trying to get rid of versus something that feels like a benefit to members.

Actually we don't shop very much at Best Buy. Not the we don't like it, but because we just do not purchase a lot of electronic equipment. It is a good place to get good information and I am very satisfied with our LG Television and JBL sound Bar.

I walked in needing a laptop for school and work walked out with just that the Best Buy employee helped me a lot with explaining to me about all the different types of computers she had she recommended great ones and gave me the opportunity to pick for myself also helped me getting discounts with signing up for the membership who doesn’t love discounts I enjoyed my trip to Best Buy in Irving Texas definitely going back the holidays are here. !

We were told by the salesperson that we could get get a return for our taxes on tax free weekend, but tvs do not apply. That was the main reason that we got $50 plan. We are disappointed that the info was inaccurate.

This bestbuy membership is great and i think best option to go with because it supports multiple perks like return period extension and the best thing i find is price match so basically after purchasing an item if price drops they will give back the difference. I loved it!!!
