If you're into tech, it's a great value. And even if you not, it could be very useful to give a try to a year, especially if you planning on upgrading you TV, PC or home theater sound system. I also appreciate the extra time the Best Buy team takes to help with shopping decisions.

This membership is real value. It has exclusive member price and exclusive access. It also contains free shipping. This also have free return within 60 days, but the laptop I bought didn't have the right expiration days for return.

Singing up for Best Buy Plus was a mistake for me. I was bill for renewal many time resulting credit card issues and wasted time on my part. I drove into the local store and was told they could do nothing to stop the unwanted billing. I was advised to go on line to stop the false billing. I am receiving phishing scams in by email account that appears to be from Best Buy Geek Squad.

The usb c display ports on my lenovo laptop had failed. I had read a post online that the problem could be resolved by unplugging the battery and depressing the power button for 45 sec. The geek squad girl at best buy, disconnected the battery and held the button and to both of our surprise, it worked. Thanks Geek Squad Webster Texas...
