It is good to have a Geek person to be ble to talk to if I have any problems with my new computer;

I’m membership I have been a member for 6 years and I have always received very good attention from the staff, I would definitely recommend this store.

This was great for a single big purchase but not necessarily value-producing over a long period of time.

Been great! I love the feature where if something I bought goes on sale, I get the difference back later, it’s what mainly drew me in to getting the membership.

Membership are real value for some items but not for all of them. But worth having it if you regularly go to bestbuy. I would recommend having it.

Very easy to recoup value: Having an extended 2-month return period for all purchases is wonderful. There is BestBuy price drop protection where if there is a sale within the return period, you get the difference back. There are also promotions and free gifts every few weeks.

I recently purchased an LG C4 65” TV and soundbar. I needed some advice a few days after the purchase so I went to the store to ask some questions. The rep that sold me the merchandise wasn’t there so I asked another associate about the settings. He told me that he couldn’t help me because the tv wasn’t in front of him. I asked if there was somebody else that could help me. He said he was the most experienced associate there. He asked me if I YouTubed it for help. I told him yes and that I had been through all the settings. He actually said, “then I don’t know what to tell you. Bring it back for another soundbar.” What a great representative for your company. He was useless and arrogant. I guess he was too experienced to help me. He’s also the same guy that I interrupted a conversation I was having with the original associate when I initially made the purchase. He butted right in without even an excuse me. He’s very rude. My original sales person was great. This clown I spoke to later was awful.

The membership is good but when I purchased it my warranty was not added to one one of the items I purchased which was disappointing.

It helps to know that when a purchase is made, my Best Buy membership will automatically help me with the purchase and warranty.

Fortunately I’ve never had to use any of the benefits of this membership, so I’m not sure how to rate. We’ve only had it for about a month.

Membership helped me with a lot of items discounted and I also got a chance for guys to check the system in some of my laptops which is great.

The membership is great I have the geek squad to answer questions and if there is an issue they are at your home quickly. It’s peace of mind.

All the extra benefits are great, including extended return policy if something goes wrong.

Honestly other than my initial purchase I have not needed to use the membership. It was very helpful in either deferring interest for 2 years on my big purchase or getting a discount on that purchase.
