Great staff! Go out of their way for good customer service. Service just makes sense if you're buying anything from Best Buy.

Best Buy has been a great resource for electronics, and cookware. Many products my daughter and I can use from there. I would recommend to my friends. I have been greeted with good customer service in my recent visits and that goes along way to have me continue shopping with Best Buy.

The 6-month return policy is excellent, along with a discount for members.

I had 2 accounts with my email address. I couldn't understand the person speaking to me so I don't know if my 2 accounts got merged or not. When I go to the app it is still not fixed. Need to call again.

I think this is one of the few retail programs that actually provides good and tangible value. It was also very well-explained by the sales associate, who was informational and clear, not pushy. With a good explanation, the program sort of sold itself.
