Membership looks to be a good value - so far ! We’ll see how it plays out

Started out good. Then the free book download gave me the wrong book with no recourse (saw reviews and happened to others). Then, not a membership problem but a service problem, multiple delays for Apple Watch purchase shipment to then receive an empty box. Customer service provided return label for empty box. 2nd shipment with, yet again, more delays (still haven’t received). Followed by an email from customer service requiring photos of the box that had already been shipped back. Who knows if I’ll ever get the Apple Watch (gift for my mother).

Was hesitant about going for the membership but it’s pretty much made up the cost after 2-3 purchases. Worth it for instant savings ongoing and deal drops. I’ve saved more money than cost of membership on one purchase.

Not the best membership I’ve gotten at a retail provider, especially considering that you have to pay for it, but it has saved me some money so not a total waste. I just don’t shop here enough, but if you do it may be worth it

The membership is very worth it to have the warranty for a whole 60 days

Well worth it for the member deals and added perks. Even saved a bunch of money in SiriusXM for 6 months!

The biggest perk i appreciate the most is the extended return period giving me ample time to test new devices to find one to my liking

The membership is good when we buy a major item. However for everyday I have not found it to be of real value.

Do not really like the side by side. It was my first time of having it and its horrible. The space in the refrigerator as well as the freeze section. You can not even put a large size pizza box in either one.

The Best Buy Membership enabled me to save money on a Desktop Computer about 3 months ago. Also I was able to make a supplemental purchase, a video camera, to mount on my monitor.

I love being a Best Buy member; when plus was introduced to me, it was no problem for me to upgrade. I've literally already saved 400-500 bucks, so it's paid for itself well over my expectations. I even had a free install thrown in. There are membership prices monthly; if you're a big fan of Best Buy, I think it's definitely worth it, especially as a home owner.

Tv I have bought is was not a good choice. Picture is sometimes 1/4 screen or half screen. Not a good product. Have called company several times. Not been able to fix reception.

The recycling program is so very useful ! I've already used this to get rid of several old computers. Next will be my toaster oven.

My Best Buy Plus™ membership is the best decision I have recently made. They fixed all my concerns and devices promptly and the sales staff is very courteous. Why buy anywhere else when you can buy with the "BEST". The name fits "Best Buy, is the Best buy".

Customer service was absolutely atrocious to managers one in training felt it was necessary to not only mess with me and have fun but also quote unquote make an example. I brought my item back it was one day late after the 14-day period and they said the only way they would take it back and refund my money as if I purchased a $50 Best buy membership
