Wanted to love it…

Then the free book download gave me the wrong book with no recourse (saw reviews and happened to others). Then, not a membership problem but a service problem, multiple delays for Apple Watch purchase shipment to then receive an empty box. Customer service provided return label for empty box. 2nd shipment with, yet again, more delays (still haven’t received). Followed by an email from customer service requiring photos of the box that had already been shipped back. Who knows if I’ll ever get the Apple Watch (gift for my mother).

Worthy

Worth it for instant savings ongoing and deal drops. I’ve saved more money than cost of membership on one purchase.

I just don’t shop here enough, but if you do it may be worth it

Not for a large size pizza box in either one.

The space in the refrigerator as well as the freeze section. You can not even put a large size pizza box in either one.

Best Buy Plus Saving Bucks

I've literally already saved 400-500 bucks, so it's paid for itself well over my expectations. I even had a free install thrown in. There are membership prices monthly; if you're a big fan of Best Buy, I think it's definitely worth it, especially as a home owner.

Bad TV

They fixed all my concerns and devices promptly and the sales staff is very courteous. Why buy anywhere else when you can buy with the "BEST". The name fits "Best Buy, is the Best buy".

I brought my item back it was one day late after the 14-day period and they said the only way they would take it back and refund my money as if I purchased a $50 Best buy membership
