It worked out great from me. It gave me options to my purchase. I felt more comfortable adding this along with my buy.

My computer fan stopped working 2 months after purchasing. Couldn’t get anyone at Best Buy to talk on the phone to answer if it was a HP or Best Buy warranty issue. Gave up after 3 days and sent it to HP and got it back about a month later. Not worth it.

If you shop at Best Buy for most of your tech needs its perfect for the peace of mind Knowing that the warranty is covered for 2 months* give or take But If you shop anyother place no.

The Best Buy Membership enabled me to save money on a Desktop Computer about 3 months ago. Also I was able to make a supplemental purchase, a video camera, to mount on my monitor.

No issues for returns. I can find store staff when I need some help. Wide selection of products and open box purchases available with full warranty

I recently purchased an LG C4 65” TV and soundbar. I needed some advice a few days after the purchase so I went to the store to ask some questions. The rep that sold me the merchandise wasn’t there so I asked another associate about the settings. He told me that he couldn’t help me because the tv wasn’t in front of him. I asked if there was somebody else that could help me. He said he was the most experienced associate there. He asked me if I YouTubed it for help. I told him yes and that I had been through all the settings. He actually said, “then I don’t know what to tell you. Bring it back for another soundbar.” What a great representative for your company. He was useless and arrogant. I guess he was too experienced to help me. He’s also the same guy that I interrupted a conversation I was having with the original associate when I initially made the purchase. He butted right in without even an excuse me. He’s very rude. My original sales person was great. This clown I spoke to later was awful.
