I haven't used the membership yet. I'm just writing a review for a chance to win the gift card

The person who helped me in store was excellent! He had patience was able to help direct us in a laptop purchase that worked for us. He then helped us leanr how to save the most we could on our purchase by joining the Best Buy membership program.

This membership has saved me money for I don't know how many years. Electronic, Appliances all kinds of things.

Great customer service however the price is a bit too high. This benefit should be more flexible, such as just for laptops, or just for TV, so to reduce the price.

it is truly too soon to make a determination.. I just got this membership and yes it saved me x dollars when purchasing a new laptop.. but I have not yet accessed any other of the benefits

The employees at Best Buy near my house were amazing! I went in to buy a new phone they even put new screen protectors on my phone and my watch. The offer of membership saved me a bunch of money.

Just need more items on sale I wish Best Buy sold unlocked iPhones with the ability to go any carrier with your phone
