Plus protection is good. Total protection is better. Either way. A good membership.

I have been a BBY customer for a while but skipped the Plus Membership. A couple of items I had my eye on where Plus Member discounted and the price savings on just a couple of items paid for the Plus Membership. The extended return policy also helps with evaluating my purchases over an extended time.

Without the membership, you only get 30 days to return the item, but with the membership, I was able to return an item after my 30 days. It was nice. Also, there a great deals with the membership.

My Best Buy membership has been an excellent experience. Best Buy is my personal preference for all of my technology and appliance needs. Geek Squad is always knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to questions and concerns. 1,000,000 stars!!!!

I love being a member of. Best but it's a dream…….

Initially, I was hesitant to purchase the membership because of my sporadic purchases. However, the attractive member discounts convinced me to purchase an essential laptop for my studies and work. Later, upon finding a better deal, I was able to easily exchange it thanks to the store's 60-day return policy.

very helpful and efficient. i typically do not get a warrantee but because of the cost of the tablet i decided to get it.

I will tell your service is horrible. I waited 10 days for delivery. No drlivery person didn't have the common courtesy of calling and telling me. SO I CANCELLED MY ORDER IN N PERSON AND WILL.NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING No

I like the 60 day return on electronics with the qualitiy of todays electronics it needed. It should be standard without having to pay for that piece of mind

I have know complaints. Every question has been answered in a timely manner. Every order has been filled and delivered early on on time just like Best Buy says it would be. And the follow up to make sure I received what I had ordered is much appreciated. Thank you Best Buy! You definitely have a returning costumer. I would also definitely suggest my friends and family go to Best Buy.

Used one time as an opportunity to get the most for my money on purchase of a high end tv and home delivery/setup. Not sure how it will play out over the membership term.

All the extra benefits come in handy especially if you frequent in Best Buy.
