Not really sure what the membership did for me - I was hoping to get the same value of the yearly subscription vs earning the status with purchase points. I can honestly say I spent more at Best Buy when I accumulated points thru purchases and trying to get the Plus status than with the yearly subscription. Most membership deals are the same deals you can quickly find online- I'll stick around for a little while longer to see if deals get better but preferred the old point system vs current pay to play subscription

The new HP Computer has been installed for about 3 weeks, and working very well.

The Membership rewards and pricing and a great advantage. Always nice the have access to unlimited Geek-Squad Services and availability. Year protection opportunities and convenient rate are always welcomed…

Great Value. The additional return policy helps when making big purchases. It just gives you peace of mind when making buying decision.

I did not use the membership this past year as much as I have in the past. It gives great discounts and pre-sale alerts and benefits. Great for business and if you are a techy and like to keep abreast of the new items in the market.

Membership is great value, and I get more rewards. So if you shop a lot at Best Buy, this is probably a good membership to be a part of.

Just relocated in the last six months and having the "one stop" option on so many different needs was a huge plus. Delivery and install went smoothly.

I I bought a membership at the same time I ordered an open box LG washing machine for my daughter. It was installed on a Thursday, but when it was first used, it sprayed water all over. A Best Buy tech came out on Saturday and said that it was not repairable. After lengthy negotiations by telephone from Europe with several Best Buy representatives about whether a "used" machine of the type I bought could be replaced on warrenty, I agreed to pay an additional $85 to have it replaced. I was not wholly satisfied with this outcome.

Has saved me hundreds this past year and I love how much time it gives me to review before a return.

I needed all new appliances, and made the rounds to get the best price, and info. Best Buy had what I needed, and the salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I completed my purchase, and the appliances were installed shortly after. Thank you.
