My Best Buy Plus membership is valuable to me for several reasons. I plan a making several purchases per year on which my membership saves me money and I have the ability to call and get help on products I have purchased, great value.

All is excellent. The only thing that could improve is the handling of the items being ordered. The carrier needs to be more aware of the items being shipped. Some of the items are expensive and more consideration should be taken during shipping.
