||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My wife and I enjoyed excellent customer service, the salesperson at Tinley Park was knowledgeable, patient and friendly, I ended up spending over $2000 for an LG TV with Geek installation. I purchased it on a Friday at 4 pm and on Saturday by 10 am the following day, it was fully mounted and installed. Very smooth work by the Geek squad.

They have been great, however, the BestBuy Rewards call center has been awful! They have continuously given me misinformation !! Which ended up costing us a $100 loss and way too many hours of my time on the phone!! Because of this I'll have a hard time recommending to family and friends.

The member sales aren’t standard; they start randomly throughout the week and end just as randomly. This means you have to catch it on sale rather than checking weekly.

I saved much more money than I spent on the yearly membership fee! Plus, I get occasional coupons for cash off of future purchases, and I regularly receive bonus offers. It's a great deal!
