This was a great buy! It was essentially free because the item I purchased had a discount for the price of this plan if you purchased it. Why not? The holidays are coming and I need a Nintendo Switch, and this plan gets me the best deals.

It would be nice if android was included in service repairs not just iphone but other than that nice knowing theres a team you can speak to regarding products and information on other coverage perks.

Have yet to see any real value. I wouldn't call them perks, just paying for what would come standard as in not a 14 day period return policy with an unbelievable stipulations. What's more is the pricing is never "good" or a deal as this is far surpassed in payments elsewhere, especially the warranties. By the time is all said and done, you're hundreds to thousands of dollars more with difficulty of returning or replacement and this is with everything from computers to stereos, tvs. Stuff that has plagued Best Buy for decades before Amazon and the IoT. It was more you don't know and they play on people's ignorance. Other issues, they make you feel like you're getting a great deal and that they are somewhat of a specialty store carrying anything, but they don't and simple things too. I wish it was worth it, I have to use it. Just re-upped last year, certain is was going to be worth it... I've been shopping at Best Buy since the mod 90s. 29 years.. and it's more dismal than ever and they know this.

If you are someone who enjoys technology, but isn’t great with it, I recommend the Best Buy Total plan. But for text savvy people, I recommend Plus!
