All is excellent. The only thing that could improve is the handling of the items being ordered. The carrier needs to be more aware of the items being shipped. Some of the items are expensive and more consideration should be taken during shipping.

When I bought my TV and Refrigerator at Best Buy it was so easy, the salesman was calm cool professional no pressure. He walked me thru the process and explained all my questions. I would definitely recommend Best Buy for all your shopping.

Honestly I really havent had a chance to utilize this membership outside of an initial purchase and kind of just gets forgotten. Might be an opportunity here for BB to remind members what it is that they get with this membership.

Are salesperson taught me into buying this and for $15 for the first year as a sale item I couldn't pass it up especially because it saved us money on our computer equipment.

Definitely do this if you’re planning on buying something that could go on sale we saved $200 on our TV by having this and also they check our old TV away for free when we brought it to the store.
