So happy we purchased the My Best Buy Membership! We have already saved more than what the membership cost. Plus, the additional benefits add more value.

I got the membership to get a "free" $300 TV with an item I was going to buy anyway. It also allowed me to get $28 off an item I was going to buy anyway. So long as I sell the TV for at least $22, the membership will be well worth it. I'm also writing this review so I can maybe get a $400 gift card.

The specials are pretty reasonable. Customer service was able to order a constantly out of stock item and they were very helpful.

I was not pressured to purchase this, but the knowledge that the sales rep had. It helped me understand tthe value, as electronics do just sometimes mess up.

I purchased the 'middle' membership, and it gave me the time to upgrade the TV I purchased. A week later it went on sale and I was able to 'redeem' and 'repurchase' for the sale price. Great staff!

Membership was great and saved me money for the year I was a member. The reason I canceled membership is because it was on my business account and I may retire soon and did not want the annual renewal charged to my business account after I retire.

This membership is of great value, price matching within 2 months of purchase & ability to talk with someone if questions

The membership really pays for itself and then some if you're looking to upgrade or just to try out some new tech for your house and family.

So far I have saved a little bit but look forward to saving hundreds of dollars on future purchases. If you don’t save money in the first year they will refund the membership fee. No that is how you do business. Kudos Best Buy!

Not many things that fit my needs have the member discount, I only purchased it for the extended return periods and because they had a promotion at the time.

It looks like this is going to be worth the money in the long run. Longer return times is a great feature.

I would say the best thing about it is having the ability to have a long return period to really try thr product and decide ti keep it! Most of the time the product is as advertised!

For the amazing deals you get with this service, not once have I had a second thought since I took advantage of this deal! I'm a big gamer in my spare time and I caught a good deal on preordering games and they offered the buy 2 get 1 which made the account free! So I used the best buy credit card to reserve the games and now it's easier for me to manage getting my tools and pleasures!

Every sales clerks is kind to me to guide location and price of products. Their hospitalities make me feel visit the shop again, even if I have no specific goods to purchase.

Lucky I bought the Best Buy plus plan and even luckier they offer it. Lost my receipt and was able to have copy of it inside the account. On all purchases! thank you again!
