I recently purchased a laptop that started to have issues 1 month into owning it. I was able to exchange the laptop for a comparable (but overall better due to Membership savings at the time of exchange) and am much happier now. If I had not had the Membership, the original laptop would be sitting at Geek Squad for analysis and repair.

I dont live in the US so i felt it was a money grab strategy instead of a membership that would actually benefit me in the long term
