My original purchase of a refrigerator turned out to not work for our situation. We bought a another more expensive one, and they took the original one back and installed the newer one. No questions; no problems. Everything is now excellent.

earbuds are good especially the multi touch controls only the problem ear sensors are sensitive need properly inserted in your ear for connections and app software unstable, hope next software upgrade would fix it

Looks good, still need to understand and deliver benefits to the consumer. One example is Costcos extension of product warrant by one year. Can membership deliver that?

I know that the Membership cost us and that there is value but, I am not sure what we are really getting since I am not fully aware or am not reminded by Best Buy. I am sure that I have not utilized something that I should have.

Bought the membership and was able to take advantage of some special offers and the price guarantee. The membership paid for itself many times over during the last year.

I've only had this for about a month and really haven't had a chance to use it but I do notice that several items I am interested in are specifically reduced in price for BestBuy plus members. One of the most important uses of this membership is giving one a 60 day window to return items. I think it is worth the money to become a BestBuy plus member.

This membership is a great value. And beating able to get protection on purchases is wonderful.

Discounts pay for itself with no time. Worth it if you buy just a few items here and there.. necessary if you buy from Best Buy a lot!

I think that is very good to have when you need something you will get it quick at least 2 or 3 days to get at your home but i really like it a lot

I most most difficult time returning an item I purchased

I like the fact I get notified of the special sales and an added discount. All of the special priced items are also popular brands not companies I haven't heard of before. I have already saved twice as much as my membership cost me.

I used my Best Buy membership to purchase Apple MacPro laptops for a charity that I support. The customer service was outstanding and I had no issues at all with my Best Buy Membership Plus. I recommend it to all Best But customers!
