dissapointed that I though I applied the switch deal when I bought my switch 2 to realize it doesnt include console and i had to have them scan a barcode to use it. still waiting for some great deals otherwise

The extra deals are nice but probably the best part is the extended return time period. Gives me to truly evaluate the product.

It’s great benefits, I love getting in the lines earlier than everyone else to buy an item. I thought it was a waste of money but when it was only 50$ a year I decided to try it out and it’s the best experience I have had. Plus it gives you discounts on items and gives you free shipping!

A plus membership is 100% pworth it for those who frequently shop for premium-valued technology.

I received $50 off the purchase of an item for signing up which covered the cost of my membership. It was a no-brainer.

The membership offers great deals, but there's no option to disable auto-renewal. When I canceled mine, I immediately lost all benefits—even though I still had 1.5 months remaining. I didn’t receive a prorated refund, and the perks were cut off right away. I contacted customer service, but they told me there was nothing they could do. With most memberships, you can continue using the benefits until the end of your current term after canceling, since you've already paid for it. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here.

Love the peace if mind if having the membership because im always shopping here.

My card I didn’t know I could use it so many different stores and places. The rewards are really good if I know I would have applied for it long time ago. Thanks to my other half it was him who suggested that I get the card

We got the membership with the purchase of the ps5. We haven't had to use any of the membership perks yet but we are relieved to know that our big purchase is covered if anything goes wrong. The person who signed us up was very easy going and knowledgeable when answering our questions.

I don't know why I purchased this upgrade from the lower tier membership. I have yet to talk advantage of the benefits.

Definitely worth the extended take back on merchandising

The 60 day return window is helpful however the other "perks seem to be just basic customer care that should not be behind a paywall. Perks like the help received by geak squad, price match during the return window etc. there are no real perks like free or reduced shipping or a member point / reward system. Also the membership feels like it lacks (even though it's over priced for nothing) as it is over shadowed by the total membership. Will likely not renew this membership
