Been having a member ship for years and it’s very worth it!!

I haven't really benefited from it since signing up. I wish they offered more deals/discounts

I was hesitant of getting this membership but decided to since we paid full price for the item we were buying. The associate pretty much guaranteed the item would go on sale within the 60 the days. We wound up getting $370 back on the price match on this item. Best $50 I spent.

The 60 day return window is helpful however the other "perks seem to be just basic customer care that should not be behind a paywall. Perks like the help received by geak squad, price match during the return window etc. there are no real perks like free or reduced shipping or a member point / reward system. Also the membership feels like it lacks (even though it's over priced for nothing) as it is over shadowed by the total membership. Will likely not renew this membership

The membership is totally worth it, especially if you usually get the geek squad warranty coverage on the tech you buy like me.

Ability to try new tech for a longer time is awesome. Plus no hassle returns. Sometimes there are great member sales too.

The Member ship is great for saving money and refunds. It's absolutely fantastic for key sale events throughout year giving early deals and special prices that are remember specific. Over very good.

After years of membership we will not be returning to Best Buy. After purchasing a new MacBook + a docking station, I found that I could not connect 2 additional monitors at once. After spending over 1.5 hours on the phone with Geek Squad and 3 additional trips to the store to work with Geek Squad there, their 'experts' finally figured out that I had to convert the 2nd monitor to USB-C for it to work. (despite there being 2 HDMI ports on the docking station that they sold me, had me return once, and insisted had a driver problem that they attempted to correct for HOURS). This, however, wasn't what lost Best Buy our business; they lost our business because after all of this fiasco - I asked them to comp me the cord to convert my 2nd monitor from HDMI to USB-c --- since I had spend a good deal of money in their store and then a lot of hours, lost work time, gasoline, and incorrect 'fixes' from them. Their answer .... 'We are running a business so we can't give away products'. The offered me 20% off. So to save probably $20 dollars... Best Buy & Geek Squad lost customers forever.

This membership has many benefits as far as pricing and sales. You really do get your moneys worth for the price you pay yearly.

Good membership if you buy things frequently. Saves tune and money.

Great piece of mid on big electronics purchases. It also gives some discounts on other products during the membership period allowing you to get back the membership price.

I got this membership because I think the value is great!! I hope I never need to use the warranty/service features but I am glad to know.its there just in case!!!

If you like tech and often find yourself window shopping, while walking around inside the store, I would recommend considering the Plus membership. For only $50 it gives you flexibility and access to other decent savings. I signed up when I bought my tv, and it paid for itself immediately. Everything else will be a bonus.

The service installation and merchandise for all that I could help for
