Just recently purchased their plus membership along with a purchase and it paid for itself on the first purchase. This membership is of real value, if you are buying electronics, some stuff break down after 1 to 2 months of use, you can just go and return, I did that with my Netgear modem which got it for $227.89, i thought i lost the money but this membership saved me

I am glad that I signed up for Best Buy Plus. It allowed me to save money and allowed me to see that I was saving money. It's not a gimmick. I plan on renewing my membership in the future.

This membership will pay for itself when I purchase a new TV. It has previously been worth the membership with some expensive purchases.

It’s fine, but experiencing returns at Beat Buy Northridge has not been good. I couldn’t return the studio display there despite being within the return period. So it seems despite the membership the store can still deny.

My order arrived on time, and it was packed perfectly. It was exactly what I saw on the web, and I love it, it is a handsome, light, and awesome laptop that I can use for working, travel, leisure, study, investigation, etc. And the price is the Best and only at Best Buy.

The item worked perfectly. However, the package was left out in the rainstorm rather than being put on our covered porch. Thankfully, the inner box was only damp. Please encourage your delivery team to take the extra few steps to place items where they will be protected.

When I originally signed up for the Plus membership, what interested me the most were the discounts on products. What I quickly learned from the exclusive emails and sales is the exposure to the rest of the Best Buy product line and those sales. I am very impressed with what you get for being a member and hope they continue adding to the program in the future.

We bought new Panasonic ox-tgd860 phones. We had previously AT&T phones which we sent back because they were to difficult to understand the instructions about unblocking callers, etc. the manual really stunk! I went to Bestbuy and bought the Panasonic phones and they were so much easier to understand!

Had to buy a membership just to get a decent return period for the item I purchased!

The best part of this membership is the 60 day return time instead of 14 days. The price breaks aren’t as good, but a 60 day return policy is fantastic when you’re on the fence about something and you want to properly test it.

Our membership has been a real value. We appreciate the great geek squad Assistance. The discounts and occasional gift cards are a Super surprise and make a big difference in our purchases, allowing us to buy more! Thank you!
