The best part of this membership is the 60 day return time instead of 14 days. The price breaks aren’t as good, but a 60 day return policy is fantastic when you’re on the fence about something and you want to properly test it.

When I was buying a dryer last year the sales rep convinced to sign up for this membership which I didn't want to do in the first place, I was told my card would not be automatically charged for renewal. In fact the sales rep guaranteed me that woudnt happen & told me that he "put it in the system, not to renew membership". Fast forward to this year MY CARD WAS CHARGED FOR RENEWAL WITHOUT MY CONSENT OR MY KNOWLEDGE!!! SO NOT ONLY DID THE SALES REP LIE BUT BEST BUYS SALES TACTICS MAKE ME FEEL LIKE IVE BEEN SCAMMED. To make things worse, THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME SHOPPING AT BEST BUY. Few years ago Geek Squad did this EXACT SAME THING & CHARGED HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS!!! I actually used to like going & shopping at Best Buy, but now I have completely lost all trust in Best Buy. I am very disappointed how Best Buy treats customers by essentially lying & manipulating its customers.

We bought new Panasonic ox-tgd860 phones. We had previously AT&T phones which we sent back because they were to difficult to understand the instructions about unblocking callers, etc. the manual really stunk! I went to Bestbuy and bought the Panasonic phones and they were so much easier to understand!

Not sure if I understand this area for commenets. Said unlimited help from Geek Squad and I paid for the assistance to get my router up and runing. Was this an oversight?

I like the membership because your able to get better deals many items. You also get notified of special member only deals.

I have been a plus member this past year and am renewing again. I've easily gained more that three times the cost of my membership in rewards by being a Best Buy Plus member. It's a great program with so many perks! Thanks.

The value of this service are good, but should be free shipping for all items even big items if you’re paying for this membership

This has been a great experience so far and I recommend.

I thought the membership was ok, paid 50$ for it with my gopro. The extend return police is nice. Get some decent deals. Big thing is those extra return days.

This membership has less and less advantages. There was a time that being a plus member gave you a percentage rebate, not anymore. There are some marked 'special offers' but mostly on products you won't need. The extension of the 30 day return to 60 is nice. Because I incidentally shop at Best buy for me it's not worth it. Won't extend my membership.
