I haven’t been credited any money for my previous purchases.

I have always felt comfortable shopping in our store in Fort Myers, Florida. They have very friendly and helpful agent.

II think I purchased something at best buy and the cashier sold it to me, but it’s not worth it as I haven’t seen any benefits. I don’t shop a lot. It may be beneficial if you buy a lot at best buy. I need to make sure it doesn’t auto renew and that I am not charged a price. I am sure it’s an average plan, but I can’t say for sure.

Good for what it is, for a year membership was happy

I came into my local Best Buy knowing I needed a computer, but totally up in the air in terms of what I needed. The associate I spoke with was very thorough spent 25 minutes with us went over all the features made me feel comfortable and removed all the, very confident with my purchase

The membership was great because you received unlimited deals that others don’t receive. You also get access to deals that are tailored to you. What I love the most is that your return dates are extended as well.

I love my membership with Best Buy. Get special pricing at times, free shipping and so much more. Highly highly recommend everyone signing up!

Came in today to get an appointment with Geek Squad to try to straighten out my wife's Kindle which jumps around from page to page uncontrollably. And to buy a new printer. Great deal on the HP tank printer. Hope to get it set up and use this weekend. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.

The delivery men and installers were professional, knowledgeable, timely, patient, explained things to me when I asked a question, and very nice. They went the extra mile to make sure the install was perfect and it was.

I love this membership! It was $50 for a year and i easily already made my money back in deals or buy 2 get 1 free games that had been offered for the switch via the membership. Will definitely keep it when renew time comes around. On the fence about even upgrading it for the warranty benefits and geek squad services.
