Online disaster!

Getting the membership saved us money on our laptop and we got lots of rewards pounts. Registering it and cteating an account online has been a disaster, hence only 3 stars. Your system gave me a lot of roadblocks and ended up hooking into my old account from 12 YEARS ago with the wrong email address AND Rewards Number! Your Customer support person had to refer the problem to another dept and I haven't heard a word from them! Nice Follow through, NOT!

Granted that was Black Friday/Christmas shopping, but still. Some items are just a couple of dollars off but I’ve gotten as much as $50 off of a sale price fridge.
