There was a problem in delivering my recent purchase and the store personel handle everything coutiously and quickly.

The membership is literally great. They send you deals a lot and frequently also. When I went to look at my currently laptop on my Best Buy website , I did not have the membership plus at the time. What made me purchase it at Best Buy is that the price was cheaper to buy the membership included with the MacBook than it was to buy the MacBook by itself.

Associate asked about membership as it would help me with piece of mind for a purchase. Sold it right on the spot. Thank you!

Definitely recommend — while it costs $50, you get a $50 gift certificate back to use on whatever you want, so it’s a wash, plus you get extended time to return items or get $back if they drop in price.

Customer service at BB has been pleasant. Although merchandise was damaged, accommodations to replace were satisfactory.

Membership is good and gives access to special financing for larger items. Was better when there was not an annual fee.

I think I initially got it to extend a laptop warranty. I don't believe I've used it at all in the 2 years since; there just aren't any significant discounts on the items I need and will be cancelling it

Membership is a great value. Has saved money on purchases exceeding its cost. Highly recommended. With all the support from geek squad it is a great value that paid for itself.
