I feel like this was a rip off. I was talked into purchasing because I needed to transfer my old iPhone to my new iPhone, which I was led to believe would be worth the cost. It was extremely easy and was not necessary at all.

This has been terrible. I spent around 8,000 in one day at Best Buy and got the membership. What did this get me? Nothing. An absolutely useless “concierge” and a TV, sound bar, mounting kit, and in home set up that couldn’t be done FOR OVER A MONTH after buying it. Two weeks after my purchase I was told “your items aren’t available yet, we need to reschedule your delivery and install” to a date that was over a month from when I had purchased these things. I took time off of work to be available for the originally scheduled delivery and install. I told her the new date didn’t work and asked for a different one. Okay, she said. I asked for some sort of compensation. How about you waive the delivery or install fee? Oh we can’t do that. Cool! Really feel like a valued customer. After the call ended, I got about ten emails each saying my appointment date was changed, and they all said a different date. And the final date it’s scheduled for? The date I TOLD her I would t be available. Thanks Best Buy. I’m never going there again. This program is an absolute joke - avoid at all costs.

I saved quite a bit on an iPad I bought. Then I received notice of items on sale or discounted. Useful as we keep our electronics up to date. Recommend if you do the same.

The Plus membership is excellent people like myself who find it hard to drive past a Best Buy without going in! I've been a Beat Buy custimer for many years, and know my childen are continuing our "family tradition of stoping by regularly!!

This membership was a good idea. I have purchased some fine items over the last few months.

Membership is totally worth it. Particularly if you AV Fiend! Save a ton of money if you are.

Offers are very confusing and lack information. eg. $50 bonus reward when you spend $500. Tried to use this and shopped from the message but did not see this show up when I went to check out. Is this the offer or will I still get my regular rewards? I did not check out because I was worried that I would not get it.

Real value. Like saving on each purchase, and being able to access Geek Squad when necedsary makes this a no-brainer!

If frequently make purchases this is wonderful program. If you’re a person who doesn’t make a lot of purchases this really doesn’t really help much.
