Very disappoint in your pc education . I certainly expected more thaN "WHATS YPUR QUESTIONS, IF NONE, GOODBY" IS WORTH SUM $200.00. o, i WAS TOLD THere WOULD BE A REFUND OF ABOUT $80.00, Rich IS AWAITED.

It’s strange that as soon as they came up with this membership, best buy started dropping the ball with every in store-pickup I’ve made. I’ve trusted best buy as my most reliable retailer, and now they have delayed 3 of my orders in the past 2 months, one of them by an entire week, and pre-order bonuses for games seem non-existent! get it together best buy, why are you dropping the ball now that I’m paying for the service that was already perfect??

Went to Best Buy to build a new PC. Customer service was Excellent! They spent an hour with me picking all the parts I needed and made some great recommendations. Even did price matching.

I joined the plus membership because i enjoy exclusive pricing and sixty day returns. I think Bestbuy has a well laid out business plan of which these memberships play a key role in setting a big customer base. It is a good membership to have because the perks outweigh the fees hands down
