We love best buy because we can find anything for our family from cellphones, laptop, TV , speakers and we dont need to worry paying right away, theres the option to do it every month choosing the deal zero interest.

In theory it sounded really great. But really, we're not shopping at Best Buy enough to make this worthwhile. Best Buy has mostly large ticket items so we didn't shop enough to accumulate any meaningful rewards. When the store was stocked with music and dvds I visited often and spent money in store regularly, but now I'm not at Best Buy unless I need a major appliance like a computer, tv, vacuum etc. I'm curious to know what others are buying to make this membership more worthwhile.

Most of the items that are discounted are things that I wouldn’t be interested in. I really only got the membership for the 2 day shipping on my orders and on the off chance that I get a good deal like on a Logitech keyboard that I’m satisfied with. Apparently the app says I’ve made my money back so we’ll take it. Just wish there were more discounts or points to take advantage of

Haven't bought anything since I was enrolled after buying a dishwasher - I previously bought a computer which I am still trying to learn how to use.

Glad I bought the membership. Wonderful value. Special pricing, extended return window (60 days, ( rather than 15 day standard ) on the laptop I bought ) among others. Looking forward to saving more through out the year.

I bought a laptop for $1000 at BestBuy and the Sales Agent encouraged me to get membership. In a couple of weeks, Black Friday came and the price of the laptop reduced. I went back and I was given a difference of $300 which was awesome!

The technician was very helpful. I'm very satisfied with how he helped me solve the problem.

I had been a Platinum member for years. I was screwed over when you flipped to this paid scheme. I needed a price adjustment and fell out of the window when the paid scheme kicked in. As a result, I am spending much less at Best Buy than in previous years. But, at least you are getting your annual fee upfront. Guess that is all that matters.

I think it is getting better but there is not a lot of incentive at the moment. Also think the rewards needing to be activated are anti-consumer. I had a really negative experience recently with a reward not getting paid out even though i increased my spend to hit the merits

I was a bit cynical about the membership but signed up anyway ... but I was proven wrong haha. Through the membership I was instantly able to access discounts and and got paid back cash when a product I bought went on sale at a cheaper price after I bought it. Very good value.
