This membership saved me $50 on an already ridiculously low sale price 50 inch flat screen at Christmas time. The store associate pointed the savings out by having a membership. Sharp young man to point the membership value out to me.

So far, I saved a bunch of money for being a "Plus" member. I always trusted Best Buy with my tech needs and to save money on top of that is definitely a "plus"

I was nearing a renewal for O365 Family with Best Buy (BB) and saw that if I was a Plus Member, I would be able to renew my subscription for $79 - a savings of $20. That was a good incentive for me to sign up along with other item discounts that appeared to be notable. I was still 2 months away so I waited until a few days before renewal. Through the chat function I requested that my existing subscription be cancelled with only a few days left. Then I proceeded to search for the O365 subscription on BB's website so I could order it and realize the savings I was going to get. Well guess what ? Now, the savings was only $10 instead of the $20. Not cool. I don't know if this is a planned scam that BB conducts nor do I care. BB pulled a fast one as far as I am concerned so I renewed my subscription with another retailer and with a greater savings than what BB offered. Play games with your offers, you will lose BB. I've had a pretty good opinion about BB for a long time but this was underhanded and I would not recommend a BB membership at this point and suggest you are careful if considering one.

Great concept and super glad I went for it since I was purchasing a new TV and washer/dryer set. I've already used it once for a price match, very easy!

Best Buy membership program allow the buyer all the comforts not available at other big box stores. Your treated like a real customer during the purchase and especially after you receive your purchase.
