I was told about all of the benefits but no one told me how to go about getting the help I need. Do I call the store or do I call Apple for help with my computer?

Removing the offers for buy two get one free switch games, discounts for collectibles, and discounts for game service cards greatly reduces the value of this membership for me. Now I am paying $50 for a program that includes mostly perks that were free just a few years ago.

The special pricing, deals and 2nd day shipping make it worthwhile. I also like the early access to the special deals so you can get the hard to get items before they are sold out.
