The Best Buy plus membership is totally worth to buy. I was able to access exclusive prices, and I was able to save the membership price back already. I would recommend everyone to buy it as it would also give you early access to deals.

At the price point of 50 bucks per year, for 2 day shipping and additional savings; I bought it. Only thing missing are the old b-day coupon but can't have everything. Almost forgot the longer return window is a plus too. Try it out is less than 5 bucks a month.

Occasionally has some good deals but it was automatically renewed a year after buying a TV. I wish they had more hot ticket items or gave some type of priority to buy products that are in high demand.

Incredible online customer service! In store had a bit of difficulty with returning, and exchanging for other items. In total spent about an hour and a half. Multiple mangers involved, overrides, and confusion. These things happen.

Singing up for Best Buy Plus was a mistake for me. I was bill for renewal many time resulting credit card issues and wasted time on my part. I drove into the local store and was told they could do nothing to stop the unwanted billing. I was advised to go on line to stop the false billing. I am receiving phishing scams in by email account that appears to be from Best Buy Geek Squad.
