I suppose the membership is good for some people. I certainly will not use it at the Glendale,CA store. I needed help with my new Jitterbug phone I just bought that day. I was directed to the customer service geek who pretty much just dismissed this older woman and would not help. I will try another Best Buy if I ever buy from them in the future.

Absolutely worth every penny to get the membership if only for tge extra return time for purchase and when they include the 3 month YouTube premium membership with the purchase of the Best Buy membership its basically paying for itself if you pay for YouTube premium already so it's 100% worth it

The delivery was smooth and on schedule. The 75" Hisense TV was setup quickly and easily with a little help from family members. This purchase was made after signing up for My Best Buy Plus membership. I have been very satisfied with whole process.

I appreciate having my Best Buy membership. And all the employees at Best Buy super friendly and super helpful. Don’t do the financing through Best Buy though because they’re not helpful and they just like to run peoples credit.

I bought the membership with a reward certificate that was about to expire, and I'm getting a bit more than I paid for. Unfortunately, three or four months later, Best Buy started exiting the DVD/Blu-Ray/4k media business and reducing the new vinyl records they bring in, just like they'd exited the CD business several years ago. I used to stop into the local store weekly to buy new CDs and movies and made frequent online purchases. Now I'm an occasional customer, once every couple of months at most. Would I buy the membership again? Sure, if I had a Reward Certificate that I had to use. But I don't buy enough new tech items anymore to make it really worthwhile otherwise.

The purchase of the membership was suggested to me by a store manager as it immediately paid for itself with the purchase that I was looking to make.
