Bought it for the Sony quad system. Kind of expensive but its the only compatibility sub. Yes they have a step down model

The yearly membership is great if you buy a lot of Best Buy. I tend to buy here and there but not all the time. And I don't have time to be pricing things out at other stores. So if you have patience and can find an item cheaper somewhere other than BestBuy, then utilizing the membership can help. Just not for me.

Saved money the day I purchased it. Bought a kitchen appliance and not only saved money but got 2 day shipping to my home. Definitely worth it if you're buying big ticket items or even a number of smaller valued goods.
