I fried my laptop and needee help to buy a new one , they helped me alot and the membership plus gave me a decent discount on my things

Not only did it show up smashed customer service was terrible!!!!!!! Couldn’t even get them to refund or replace the game , i spent over 2 hours on the phone and was promised the world. Needless to say as a whole bestbuy really needs to be reconstructed from the ground up!!!!!!!!! Soooo disappointed
