I have had this membership since January 6, 2026. Yes, there are discounts when making purchases. But I do not need to make purchases. The membership covers services and merchandise and extras that I am not interested in.

The membership gave me some extra return time on an expensive item. I really appreciated the extended service.

Probably one of the best credit cards you could invest in so many different things you could use his card for; laptops, televisions, headphones, gaming, consoles speakers stereo systems. The possibilities are in this. I really appreciate the employees for getting me right and helping me find what I’m missing. You will not regret opening an account with Best Buy.!

I've had good luck with everything. I've bought at that store and will continue shopping there when I need appliances.

I was excited to learn that I earned credits from the thousands of dollars spent recently at your Buford, GA, Location as a member. However, a laptop arrived that appeared to have been repaired we used those credits at the store. It seems the one being advertised was not in stock and had to be delivered. The laptop was exchanged for a new one that was suddenly in inventory the days that followed. But that took additional valuable time. It remains unclear why we weren't asked if we wanted a rebuilt laptop, and how a new one was suddenly in stock through a different store representative. Do better!

Very good membership i got that before the Black Friday and i bought laptop and the price dropped after one month and half i called Best Buy they matching the price and refunded for me because i have a membership

This is a great deal to be able to return electronics up to 2 months after purchase. The fee for membership is basically free after BB gives you the gift certificate. During the membership, BB also gives additional gift certificates and combined together will exceed your membership fee. If you like to shop at BB regularly, I don't see why you would skip this.

Even with the yearly cost this program is AWESOME. I purchased a laptop but was able to catch it at $100.00 dollars cheaper with in the 60days of extended time for return or the price being lower than the original purchase price. Thanks Bestbuy!

Purchased this membership while buying a new laptop less than a month ago. I already received the 1st $10 rewards certificate, plus a $50 rewards certificate for the purchase of the laptop. So I've already got my money's worth! I also like the special deals that are offered with this membership.

Membership was fine, was useful for original large purchase. Did not use again across the year. Most disappointing was the policy that the membership cannot be cancelled for auto-renewal while remaining active. So, I could immediately cancel, but then would not have been able to use any benefits from membership later (within original 1 year from purchase). My choices were therefore: 1. cancel immediately, 2. continue to get an auto-renewed membership whether I utilized the service or not, 3. remember to cancel the membership later before 1 year had passed. I was ultimately able to remember to cancel just fine, but it is still noteworthy how Best Buy operates their memberships.

This membership is a real value. Save money on the items you need.
