I like this benefit. It has saved me money time and time again.

This membership helped to reduce in cost several items that I needed to get started for my online course. For example, I got a great member price on my Dell laptop, Microsoft Office, and Norton Security. In fact, the savings I received more than offset the price of the membership. Now I have the advantage of having the use of the membership for other items. I'm thinking of getting a surge protector at a reduced price. Also, the service I received at the store was fantastic. I ordered a HP envy printer which was not in stock that day. They assured me it would arrive in a few days and surely it did arrive. I received an email with instructions and when I arrived at the store they knew exactly what I came for and I was able to go out the door with it in less than ten minutes!

After purchasing a $300 WiFi system, I was sold on the program because they told me that the protection plan would be cheaper. So far, the only benefit I’ve been able to access is a longer return window. I can’t find any other discounts or special purchases for items. Would I recommend the My Best Buy Plus program? I’m not sure. I chose “yes” only because of the return policy. However, I would advise improving the program with clear discounts for Plus members. Please make sure that the longer return window is available and clearly state why I will be saving money now rather than in the future.

Membership offers some unique perks, but they aren't quite enough to make it stand out. Discounts and the app's UI are also lacking. There's definitely room for improvement beyond just offering added protection.

We purchased a new refrigerator. Brian Corsino was excellent in helping us with our purchase. When we had issues, he was very responsive in helping us getting the problem solved even when we had to leave town the next day.

Bought a Sony receiver. The Sony rep was there at the time and was doing the 'wink and a grin' strongly suggesting that a Memorial Day sale was coming up where the receiver would be heavily discounted. With that inducement, I paid ~$50.00 for the membership and was able to get a $200 refund when the sale did occur so saved $150. I don't really need a lot of 'stuff' so don't know if I'll renew but at least for this instance, it was very much worth it.

Great seevice at Best Buy. I purchased a computer in November 2025 and the person that helped me was very knowledgeable.

The membership was a very smart purchase. Overall, there are great deals. I would definitely recommend my friends to shop at Best Buy. Customer service was also amazing.

Best thing I ever purchased at Best Buy. The peace of mind alone with the added protection makes it worth it. The added smaller perks are nice too. Definitely worth getting.

I used the memebership right away because my laptop came with a pin and it also appeared that a bitlocker was activated. The reason was not clear. I bought an open box in excellent condition. That should never happen! When somebody brings back a computer the staff should check if the computer is back to factory settings. But obviously nobody did that. And because of that I miss the laptop now for 4 weeks because it was more than two weeks at Best Buy for the reset and I am on vacation now. Not the best experience I had until now with Best Buy with that laptop. But the staff was wonderful and tried to help me as good as possible. That made my experience a little bit better. A big thank you for that! I hope the laptop will work fine and I will have no problems in the future with it anymore.

I put 3 stars for the fact I haven't had a chance to use it yet. Im sure there are lots of great deals to be had by being a member. once I get a chance to use it I will probably update this review and give it a higher score.

Amazing deals with the Plus Membership!You will love it!

I am not exactly what I bought and what benefits I have with the annual Best Buy Plus membership. I am still in the learning process. Hopefully it will be a benefit.

I have been happy with this membership. It has saved me money on items that went on sale after I made a purchase. I am also happy with the extra warrenty, and the exta time to check for lower prices.

We recently updated a kitchen with all new appliances from Best Buy and signed up for the Best Buy Plus membership. We are so thankful to the sales rep for telling us about it and taking the time to explain it. Not only, did it save us a lot of money but we received enough in rewards, ($500), to upgrade our internet hardware. Plus, now we get special pricing deals that we would not get without the membership. We are so glad we signed up for this. Thank you Best Buy!!

The membership only seems helpful if you like to shop best buy or if you have a business and need their help with the tech repairs. Unfortunately, for the average user, I don't think the membership is any help. Unless you find a few products that have the membership special sales. But I found even the membership discounts are still comparable to other online options. However, the extra return policy with the membership is very nice and would be great for people that like to tinker or are unsure if the product they bought they will want to keep.
