Awesome membership for such a great pice. Theres so many perks and benefits.

Some item discounts have been more than worth the value. The one thing that would improve this membership would be some sort of priority queue as a member for certain item releases and drops so that you can mitigate bots and other scalpers.

Although I was roped into it by a store representative and I am unsure if I can get a pro-rated cancellation since my purchase w/ price match depended on this membership remaining active, I think they do offer good perks as members.

I have only used it once and can't tell you how it will be in the long run. Okay so far.

The membership is awesome especially if you a frequent shopper for electronics. The members give you availability to receive money back if those purchases ever go on discount no more waiting until the best deals hit.

Due to location I shop @ the Newington, NH location. I've purchased all my electronics from TV's Computers, to Audio equipment. Prior to arrival I already know what. The 1st notable experience is professional etiquette from any staff member I've encountered. 2nd At this location there are dedicated staff @ each particular department how are knowledgeable about all particular items and they don't jump down your throat. "Kudos". 3rd in my experience everyone went above and beyond..I've always been given excellent suggestions and advice. 4th on 3 separate occasions I purchased Marantz Audio Equipment,, all 3 items were not on display nor on their website. All 3 sales personnel went out of their way and ordered for me.. I personally got notified of exact date and time of arrival. 5th fantastic experience from arrival to exiting the store.. Kudos to Management for building highly educated staff. I would highly recommend Best Buy, especially the Newington location. Thank You so much. C U ALL SOON

Overall a great refrigerator! I like how much space it has and how everything is adjustable. The only reason I gave it four stars is because the ice maker is so tiny and slow! We are a family of four and I had to go buy an ice maker.

Membership is a benefit, but it is not always easy or smooth to access the assistance needed. There is the need to schedule and WAIT for that appointment, hoping to receive assistance from staff that can communicate effectively with me.

There is not a better membership program for service, tracking, and easy of use for all types of sales.

I really don't buy a lot from BB to know if it's worth it.

I was advised to purchase the plan by the very competent salesman who sold me the watch and Echo. When the items went on sale, Best Buy was efficient and positive in crediting my account.

Good investment for our lifestyle. Able to recover the annual membership fee via discounts and promos. Main feature is 60 day return window which permits a meaningful evaluation period and ability to purchase gifts without feeling rushed.

Was not going to join initially, but this membership allowed for a longer return period as well as a longer price match guarantee in case the computer went on sale in the future. Basically saved the cost of the membership.
