Membership is a great value! Ive used the unlimited Geek squad support many times and had great service. The included discounts and warranties on appliances and hardware is excellent.

Although it saved me $20.00 on Microsoft 365 software, the membership still cost $49.99... so I actually lost money on it. Sure, it's good for a year, but I'm not a big purchaser of tech stuff - I simply needed a new computer and I certainly don't expect to need another one within a year! The incentive that I could "get a refund of the difference in price if the price went down on the computer I bought" sounds exciting but if you buy a high quality, popular, well built computer, mid-year (not when new models come out) it's probably not going to go on sale within 30 days... So, overall, good upsell, but not a good value. My salesman was very good, and helpful, so at least he got credit for the sale.
