    Best Buy Plus is a solid value if you shop electronics even a few times a year. For $49.99 annually, you get free 2-day shipping, exclusive member-only deals, and extended return windows—which can be a lifesaver during the holidays. It doesn't include tech support or protection plans like Total, but for the price, it’s a great middle-ground for frequent Best Buy shoppers who want perks without going all-in.

    I really appreciated the advice I received from the staff re buying a 75” TV. When I was not happy with my first choice of TV Best Buy picked up the TV and replaced it with a better choice at no cost. Doing that has made me a loyal customer/member.

    Giving two stars based on the terrible experience in the store and charges we weren’t informed of. We went to one location to purchase my son a computer for school or told do we want to add this or this but we’re not told the correct prices come to find out the virus protect protection we added was an extra $150 That we didn’t notice till after the fact. They were out of stock of one item so we drove 30 minutes to another location and waited an hour. When we got home, the monitor was not compatible with the computer even though they were sold as a set so we drove back to the first location to return the monitor and buy a second one. Drove back home 45 minutes And attempted to put it together again just to find out that the computer had multiple pieces that you had to put together yourself, which is very bizarre. I’ve never had this happen before. We attempted to call geek squad, and tech support several times before finally getting a hold of someone who told us to go back to the store and they would put it together for us. So we are now on our fourth trip back to the store in which they tell us the person on the phone didn’t know what they were talking about, but they will go ahead and set everything up for us so that it wasn’t a wasted trip. We get home to find out that the second monitor we have gotten is missing The cord. Five trips and several extra hundreds of dollars that we didn’t intend on getting are now wasted because multiple employees did not know what they were talking about or misinformed us. At the second location, we asked multiple questions and it was clear. The employee had no idea And just said well you can keep walking around and look and see you whenever you’re ready to check out let me know.

    Best value in purchasing,warranty,rewards and delivery. best of all their phone orders are a breeze with the virtual bots,easy fast and done.they make it better than checking out at the store,love it I recommend to family and friends all the time,they call me to order things.cant go wrong

    The membership is a real value and worth considering regardless of the frequency of your purchases. Access to the Geek Squad is my favorite value related to the membership.

    I think it's one of the best decisions I've ever made; you can really see the savings. The first month, with some of the purchases I had to make, I was able to save more than $500, and on top of that, they gave me $150 back for having my membership. They also have excellent technical support, which makes everything even easier. It's truly the first time I've been pleased with a membership.

    If you are someone who spends a lot at Best Buy then you should definitely consider becoming a "My Best Buy Plus" rewards member. The longer return window is almost enough to be worth it for those of you who want to try things before you commit to an item and then of course the discounts help from time to time as you rack them up. I say try it for a year and if you realize it isn't for you then you can cancel as needed.

    I am happy with my new stove. Also a few months back I bought a fridge and also like that. I was able to use some gift cards and cash back and the sale was going on. Thankfully. What a blessing and a sweet man named Michael helped us with both our pitches. He was so sweet.

    not sure what I got for 50$ a few extra days to return stuff was told the next step comes with extended warrantee but when I checked it is 180 not the 150 I was told

    This membership has been a blessing. There are many perks with this and I take advantage of them. I am normally not one to sign up for things like this but after reviewing the benefits and chatting with one of the employees I decided to try it for at least a year. I like it so much I will keep it renewed. I am very pleased with this BestBuy Plus.

    John and Jerry installed our LG TV and soundbar. I can recommend this team very very highly. The called to say they were on the way. They arrived exactly on time. They were both extremely courteous and professional. They both exhibited great product knowledge and skill sets. They used their own vacuum cleaner to clean up after themselves. They packed up and removed all of the equipment boxes. We were very pleased! PLEASE GIVE THESES GUYS A RAISE! THEY DO EXCEPTIONAL WORK!!
