In my opinion, this is unnecessary profit for Best Buy. Maybe it’s useful for some people, but what they currently offer is not enough to justify the $49 price. To me, it feels like extra revenue for Best Buy rather than real value for customers.

I signed up for the Nintendo Switch 2 promotion because it made financial sense due to the ongoing promotions. Up to this point, I was skeptical on the membership but since joining I see they do offer awesome deals on select products and send rewards every once in a while which is awesome. Totally worth the money and I will be renewing.

I am above and beyond thankful for this membership because after purchasing a few times, the service and products have consistently delivered and genuinely exceeded my expectations.

Unfortunately for me, a poorly trained BestBuy store sales representative convinced me to upgrade my standard membership to a plus membership. The experience could not have been more painful, frustrating and untimely a poor use of time and effort to try to resolve as the in store sales representative not only incorrectly duplicated my account but also loaded secondary incorrect contact data into the secondary duplicate account... which has led to a loss of access to my account, 3 failed mergers of my accounts, and 6-7 personal hours on hold with BB corporate and 11 separate online sessions with bots and staff to mostly NOT fix my account. Progress has been made but only due to be being proactive and persistent to fill the Best Buy generated errors and duplicates. There is also horrible coordination with Best Buy Credit with CitiBank.. with Best Buy telling me to fix their issues... as all of link connections, contact info, rewards points and rewards history all were wiped and needed to be recreated.. inclusive of BB needed to manually re-generate all my Rewards points and resolve my rewards BANKed points issues..... which was still OPEN. This should be a case study on what NOT to do when upgrading a 15+ BestBuy client to Plus..... and doing 100% wrong and then not only knowing how to fix it.. but, walking away from the responsibility of the errors and telling the customer to call corporate to figure it our myself. Truly disappointing. This is s true story... and I have not exaggerated any of the facts. This is an on-going mess. Upgrade at your own risk./

On the whole, the membership is a good way to get solid discounts on big ticket items you are looking to buy. I appreciate being able to save a good chunk of change when making important purchases.

I have been able to bring a lot of my cousins and family members to come buy computer mouse's headsets and I always get something in return with that membership it's definitely worth it and I'm so glad one of the employees told me about it. Definitely Recommend.

People who buy a ton of electronic will love this due the many great features it has like the member only deals.

Was awesome for what I used it for; extended return policy and discounted prices. Saved more than the cost of the membership with one purchase. I recently moved up my membership bc I misread that the "plus" does not cover products like a warranty would. Getting two new apple products, I wanted the coverage, so I moved up. Be smart with your purchase and make sure you're getting what you want. 5 stars bc it did do exactly what it advertised it would.

Bestbuy is my first choice place to buy my home electric use

I have read the benefits and savings information which shows lots of special items and information. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but in a year. I am sure I will be able to give a more informative review.

Spent a lot of money at Best Buy and close to holiday season. Worthwhile to purchase this as not sure about black friday sales and price adjustments. Also, peace of mind for 60 day returns if needed.

I probably would have been less hesitant to purchase the membership if the sales associate at least understood what he was selling instead of blindly just repeating talking points.

Its better then any card i have recieved anywhere else paying back is not stressful and the amount i have to pay back is great its doesnt effect my other bills at all ive told people to apply and that they wouldnt regret it
