An absolute must have!! Saves on a ton of stuff and just improves the whole shopping experience!!

I bought this membership when I bought my grandson's laptop. The associate told me that if the price dropped on the computer in 60 days, then the membership would allow me to get the difference back. Lo and behold, the price dropped and there was no hassle and only friendly assistance when I called to make the request. The money I received back more than paid for the membership! I think this was better than the warranty plans that stores sell.

I love this member ship because it dose the store match price and it gives me longer to return things if they are not working.Properly

On 11/7/24, at the Best Buy in Tinley Pk I had an awesome experience with both Steve the sales rep and Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad. They were so helpful they went above and beyond to help install and get my new Apple iPad ready for use. I am a 68 year old woman, Not very tech savvy at all, but do enough to accomplish all my needs. They were so helpful, Patient, In downloading all of my purchases to my new iPad. This type of Customer Service is to be commended. Five Thumbs up for Tie & Renee of the Geek Squad & Steve the Sale Rep. Thank you, A Very Satisfied Customer.

We had a great experience purchasing and setting up my Apple Watch. The sales person went above and beyond setting my new watch up as well as explaining what he was doing and why. He also gave me a basic tutorial on the basics while showing me on my new watch. His assistance made it much easier for me rather than trying to set the watch up myself.

We signed up for this because it seemed like a good idea with our Apple Watch purchase. We have no complaints, but we really don't get the best value we could out of it. This is not any fault of Best Buy's, but rather we don't buy a lot of stuff. We appreciate your representative telling us about it though.

I had to wait for awhile for service but once the process started it was quite smooth and the sales rep was very competent in explaining and offering us deals. Overall, the service was great.

The person at the store who assisted us in purchasing this membership was very knowledgeable and very helpful and at the time too it also made the purchase of what we were looking for less expensive. I would recommend this.

Jay is great helped me make the best decision for what I was looking for given I have little space for product. The delivery team with Geek Squad made things easier for me being handicap with set up.

Best Buy Plus Membership is great! The consistent discounts and rewards are great. As well as warranties.

Highly recommend the Best Buy membership. The benefits are much greater than the membership fee. In most cases, an extended in-store return period is provided on any major purchase. A promotional coupon is issued for new purchases.

I have only used my benefit once since signing up for it. It is for my Jitterbug Smart 3 cell phone. Being a rookie with a cell phone it was a bit frustrating at first but as my knowledge has progressed, my frustration has lessened. I found the Geek Squad ok....they also were not able to fix some of my lack of knowledge issues and referred me back to Lively. All in all I find willingness to try to support but only average ability. Thank you for attempting but I must admit I left the store disappointed.

I had to make some big purchases and this membership paid for itself already. I was able to get price match and bonuses that made it well worth it. If you plan to spend on major appliances it’s a no brainer.
