    Some times you pay for a membership but not sure of the benefits. I returned a printer twice because my MacBook was six and the printer needed a minimum of 11. THE CLERK ACCEPTED my printer because I had a 4 year return policy and I went to a received a new printer of my choice. I had almost a $100 worth of cartridges but could get them out. A geek employee was in the area and he took the time to retrieve the cartages . The one issue I seem to have issues with is to find help or a method to call for assistance.

    I bought the Plus membership from receiving a deal from Best Buy reimbursement on it. Love the member only offers and it also depends on what you really want to buy or need to watch for now and future. For us it’s a new big TV very sooner! Hard to say no to a sweet Best Buy promo and they are good at tempting you in!

    When I signed up, there was an immediate discount on the product I purchased. The extended return period is very helpful-- gives you time to set up product and test it out.

    Based on the promo and point features, this paid for itself after 2 - 3 visits of buying $50+ items. Recommended even if you don’t frequent The Buy as often.

    I loved this membership apart from the purchase I made they gave me gift cards insurance at a good price and I also liked how quickly they accommodated my new refrigerator in my house I am so happy I have much more space to store food and with children you always need one a lot of space to store your meals apart from the modern that looks my kitchen with the new and modern refrigerator thank you very much I found just what I was looking for.

    We signed up for this because it seemed like a good idea with our Apple Watch purchase. We have no complaints, but we really don't get the best value we could out of it. This is not any fault of Best Buy's, but rather we don't buy a lot of stuff. We appreciate your representative telling us about it though.

    At the moment everything is amazing. However time had change and prices had gone up and BestBuy I believe still have the best prices when u know when to do the best deals .Need to be more careful with my spending with the electronics and other stuff from BestBuy bcoz I’m just a BestBuy loyal customer.

    Glad I purchased this membership! Greek squad is wonderful. I would especially like to recognize Sadia and Kenny at the Long Island City location! They were extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous! Would love to work with them again.

    An appliance salesman with Pacific Appliance gave me free delivery, installation, and refrigerator tubing with the purchase of Best Buy plus, so it was a no brainer. I haven't used the membership again yet, but I do like being notified of big sales and promotions. I will probably terminate membership before renewal, and then get it again with another appliance purchase.

    I purchased in-store a set of Bose - QuietComfort Ultra Wireless Noise Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones. When checking out the cashier told me that instead of purchasing the Bose 2-year extended warranty plan I should get the My Best Buy Plus Annual membership instead, as it would be less expensive AND also cover defects and replacement parts. Having been to the store last Sunday for additional purchases, including picking-up another set of online purchased apple AirpodMax headphones, the associate then told me that the Best Buy Plus membership does not cover any warranty work, nor repairs at all – but provides an extended return period for purchases made (which may come in handy for gifting during the holiday season). Purchasing the respective Bose as well as apple 2-year extended warranty plan then I had no need for the Best Buy Plus Yearly Membership plan at all. Calling Best Buy Plus membership department did not result in being able to cancel due to apparent misfunction in their system with the “press button” feature on ones mobile phone. Contacting Best Buy through the established account with the Chat function is arduous at best, with waiting times upfront and inbetween to get the request completed. The first representative could not even find my Best Buy Plus membership plan, nor did she advise that my chat would be transferred to a different department leaving me in a waiting loop for 14 minutes, which looked as if the chat got hung up (the second representative was able to cancel the membership successfully). As much as I truly enjoy visiting the Best Buy “candy store” – they have a ways to go to have their staff properly trained at all levels, and in all departments. Once the customer feels tricked into purchasing something he does not need, and then have to go through time and nerve consuming return & refund process, the enjoyment disappears and makes room for frustration and aggrevation. Make it easy for the customer: purchasing, returns, warranty claims & repairs, and business should deservedly flourish. No, I do not recommend this product.
