This is a nice option for big purchases and when they have promos going on. Otherwise not sure if I plan on renewing. Member deals don’t seem to be that worth it.

My Best Buy Membership works when needed. It's a helpful tool

The Plus membership offers solid perks like faster shipping and exclusive discounts. I especially liked the extended return window. It would be nice if there were more member-only promotions throughout the year, but overall it adds value, especially during tech sales events.

I joined the Best Buy plus membership primarily for the two months of price match guarantees. I have benefited from price match guarantees, but the process to obtain price matches is very frustrating and inconsistent. Best Buy customer service is not very helpful, but their web-based live agent chat process does resolve ongoing issues to honor their own price match deals. Also, the Best Buy app is supposed to notify users when you mark an item for price drops, but that app feature very rarely works as advertised. At the end of the day, I have benefited from my Best Buy plus membership to receive price drops on items I have purchased, but it requires a lot of my time to ensure the price matches offered internal to Best Buy themselves are credited to my account.

Honestly I think it's worth it. I like how the app gives you insights for weekly deals considering you're a member. Overall it's been great!

I recently upgraded to the Best Buy Plus Membership, and overall, it’s been a worthwhile investment. The perks like free shipping with no minimum purchase, exclusive discounts, and an extended return window are fantastic, especially for frequent Best Buy shoppers. However, the shipping times could be improved. While other companies like Amazon offer same-day delivery, some Best Buy orders can take a week or longer to arrive. Despite this, the dedicated customer support and the added membership benefits make it a good value, but I hope they work on speeding up delivery in the future.

I had a tv and a computer delivered. From the sale to the installation everything went smoothly. The guys I worked with were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend Best Buy.

The membership is worth the value if you shop regularly and there are quite a bit of deals. I personally game a lot and so some headsets, controllers, and games are at a lower price which is nice. So if you plan to purchase a lot from best buy then the membership could pay for itself

I got this membership for a great price. This covers everything I bought. You special member deals first. If a price becomes lower of a product that you buy. You get the difference back on your card.

Awww man the Best Buy membership is actually very helpful especially when you are indecisive about what exactly you want I love how you have 2 months of return time it allows you to actually experience the product for a long enough time to see if you genuinely love it and you get exclusive discounts I saved like 80 dollars on my new MacBook air with the membership to be fair I did get the membership for free but I really like it and will keep it

Enrolled in annual Plus membership with the promo of receiving a $50 certificate for paying the 49.99 annual membership fee. Tax is charged to make it about a $55 dollar charge for the year. Waited 2 weeks and still no certificate. Then have to go through the nightmare of contacting customer service to check status. Went through chat, when finally got a non AI rep, chat box closes and no way to get back in. Btw when keyboard does not pop up to input in the chat during the chat, you have to close chat box. So tried to go through phone support to get certificate. After getting through AI bot, finally get a live rep, find out that I need to get transferred to a different department. They end up telling me to call back M-F during business hours cause that dept is closed on weekends. A bit frustrated at this point and used my instincts and cancelled the membership. So why the 2 star rather than 1? I was able to process my cancellation request and stated I get a refund! Because of this experience, I’m still skeptical about receiving it, with the trauma of having to go through customer service in my head in order to actually receive the refund credit. We shall see!

Having this membership has been a great experience so far. The exclusive discounts are a nice perk and getting access to product releases before they hit the general market is perfect if you're into tech and gaming like me. What really stands out though is the free 2-day shipping and extended (60 day) returns. The longer return window has already come in handy once. Overall, it's a solid membership that feels worth it if you shop at Best Buy often and like being in on special offers and feeling rewarded for your loyalty to the company.
