Not exactly what benefits I am getting out of this membership other than emails about sales.

I was told to buy even if i have no plans to buy anything else supposed to be able to get refunded after two months? So see what happens?

It saved me a chunk of money and then I didn't use it for the rest of the year....

This product help me when I had to return a product due to not filling the requirement needed after the original return window. It is kind of difficult to make sure a product and perform the way it is supposed to after only 30 days. Having the return window extended has helped me tremendously.

I was told by 2 different staff members that I would receive a $50 gift certificate that would never expire. Instead, I have only 30 days to use it.

this membership is a real value it was a no for me until I bought my monitor. I'd love the choice to have 60 days to return my stuff so this is why I bought this

This membership has paid for itself! We were able to receive a price reduction refund on a previously purchased item. Also, we had a defective laptop that failed after the 2 week normal return date but since we had the Plus membership, we were able to exchange it at no cost to us! Highly recommend it!

My church want to buy a laptop for the Pastor. I bought HP Envy 15", R7, 16GB/512GB (with $400 sale discount!) on Feb 16, on July 5 we give it back for service because it got very hot and cuts out randomly and when it start up there is a recovery blue screen. After I got it back, I can't back to the system and I return it again for another service on Oct. 7 and I got it back on Oct 17. Hopefully everything good now. The Geek squad guys is so fast to do their job. They sent it to HP Service Center because it still in factory guarantee.

Your Geek Squad experts and your store employees are so helpful with understanding one’s purchases, explaining what options are best for one’s situation. Since older & new technologies need to mesh sometimes and technologies change so fast, I’m grateful your stores offer these services and products.

It’s worth taking a membership as it enables us to return the product window by 90 days and it gives discount sometimes

I don’t use this often, but the times I have? really actually saved me more than like $200 every major purchase. Instead of paying like almost $600 for a Dyson? The membership actually saved me about half so I practically got it for 50% off and I LOVE a deal. Anyway it’s a little pricey but worth it in my opinion.

This is my first time having this membership. The employee who recommended it was very kind, so I figured why not try it out, still learning how to best utilize it.
