Communication for warranty services is major concern. Transfers between departments, wrong phone numbers on websites, creates distrust. Service rep was fantastic. He knew what he was doing and extremely helpful in resolving problems

Very easy, he wasn’t able to play his games because his controller wasn’t working right and his on school vacation, so now his very happy being home, and I’m happy that I got the right price and a great experience, I couldn’t ask for more. It's very convinient and accurate on everything, customer service is amazing specially at The Avenues store in Jacksonville, employees are extremely helpfull very knowladgeble, amazing experience on every visit.

When entering the store was able to be assisted on the spot and given directions to the item needed. And at checkout was greeted with a smile and was able to access my rewards and easily applied to the purchase.

The salespeople are pushy ! I felt like I was in a used car dealership ! You’re basically forced into buying the membership. Don’t be fooled by the installation claims. The delivery people are great but basically plug in the appliance but do not install water or gas lines unless you have newer construction.

Good value. This makes sense to have and helps towards a variety of purchases.

It helped assist with a return of laptop but i havent seen any other purpose yet.

My membership is a real value and I have saved enough from my first purchase that paid for the membership. This is a real value. In addition, the geek squad is there for support anytime after my purchases. We’re over I love the peace of mine that the protection plans Best Buy offers. I can’t emphasize enough how valuable Buying a membership through Best Buy save your money and the support you receive. The customer service staff was polite, although he was frustrated with me for coming back and and asking questions as I would walk away to get my head clear about what he was saying and what he could do for me. He helped spot someone illegally trying to get my information, which I am eternally grateful for.

Thus membership had real value to us as it extends the product return time period. Critical when our brand new Frigidaire died after a month, just beyond the regular return period.

Most of times buying something in Best Buy transform the experience in something special. The level of attention from their associates is amazing. Great support clearing doubts, answering questions, I mean they are there for you.

Well, it has only been just over a month but so far I have been very satisfied! I get access to nice specials, advance emails, etc. Based on my experience so far I think I will likely renew it next year.
