Maybe I am still a little sour as I have had my best buy credit card for way too long, but years back this membership was a perk when you spend so much money with the card every year and now they are charging you the plus membership to have the same benefits that were included. I still enjoy Best Buy and will continue to make the majority of my purchases through them, but I might be looking for a new card in the near future and just grabbing this when I know I will be buying some larger/more costly items b/c it does included some nice benefits.

My Best Buy Plus is a decent program that offers several unique discounts in addition to standard sale pricing on a variety of relevant products. The benefits vary in value, however, so to each their own on whether or not participating is worth it. If you regularly purchase from Best Buy at least for big ticket items, I'd recommend it overall - especially as a card holder.

Can only assume it's a good deal. No need to call and use it so hoping when I need it it will be available.

The peace of mind and security having the membership available in case of anything is great. Having access to that help is amazing

At beginning I wouldn’t like to open a membership but when an employee explained it to me I did it and I didn’t regret.

I honestly love Best Buy. I feel like everyone who works there tries their best to actually help with what you need, not just try to sell you stuff! I’ve been allowed to price match before, I’ve been told about deals such as these to save money. All the products I’ve ever gotten from Best Buy have been perfect.

although the order was not delivered on time when i ask assistance from customer service they did an excellent job. it was surprise gift but got delayed. all good

Overall this purchase ended up being a great purchase. We were able to save money on our purchase of a washer and delivery and setup.

One of the best investment and membership I have taken. I buy a lot and having this saves a lot.

I picked out the item I wanted it, which was a large television 65 inch OLED. There was somebody right there to help me out with it and load it in my vehicle easy Peezy.

Membership does have good rewards does pay for itself.

I would recommend this membership to people because it gives you 60 days to return product if you’re not satisfying

This came at a perfect time for me to be able to get a new laptop and tablet. With the credits I was also able to get a case for the laptop and a new Fitbit watch, very happy!

I think this has been one of the greatest purchases ever. I bought a Ryzen 9 and I was upgrading it from a Ryzen 3 and the price for the processor went down in around 20 days after I bought it. I went to Best Buy and they honored the new price and gave me a credit for the difference it was around $300. I already recover my membership purchase.

Since this is a new membership. Remains to be seen.

The whole interaction in the printer department was excellent and talking with a representative re' my certificates- they all made it a unexpectedly wonderful experience. Thank you so MUCH

I think this helps support if I have any problems and need education as well as giving me discounts. I just bought it and so need time to understand it. I am a new customer to this store.
