    e were sold the 'membership' on 4/9/25 when we purchased a Samsung TV for $1199.00. The salesperson said he was quite 'sure' the TV we bought would have a reduction in price within a short time, and we would get the benefit of that, plus others. The TV has NOT gone on sale, thus no discount to us, PLUS as it turns out the Membership will be of little use to us since we live across the lake in Plattsburghl When i called, the rep checked and said NO service here, even IF we are williing to pay more!

    [Employee of bestbuy] Personally i think this a great $50 you get 60 day retun window and thats also for price matching you get the 2 day shipping and the membership pricing is so good one purchase and itll pay for itself. I am currently an employee and i think this is best plan for us the members prices on stuff are sometimes better than our discount and the 60 day return policy is phenomenal i get to really test products! Only thing that interests me in Bby Total is the protection plans and geek squad services but i fix that stuff anyways and i like getting 5 year or 10 year protection on stuff i cant do that without an extra monthly payment if i have total TLDR $50 60 day return window membership prices $100s of dollars off stuff

    Well first off this membership saves you more than what you pay for, even though when I purchased the membership it was along with item that were returned because of there being on use for them I still went ahead and kept the membership to see what it was all about, I really am enjoying my plus membership and recommend anyone like to shop in store or online, you have a great selection of options

    I rely on my Best Buy for anything am a senior love the greeting as you enter then when you need help there’s no one on the floor I look for them then to long inside without clerks help.Mrs.Johnston,

    Maybe I am still a little sour as I have had my best buy credit card for way too long, but years back this membership was a perk when you spend so much money with the card every year and now they are charging you the plus membership to have the same benefits that were included. I still enjoy Best Buy and will continue to make the majority of my purchases through them, but I might be looking for a new card in the near future and just grabbing this when I know I will be buying some larger/more costly items b/c it does included some nice benefits.

    My most recent purchase was the 2024 model of the iPad Pro 13” with a corresponding keypad. I traded in my older model when I saw the benefits of the latest technology. A member of the Geek Squad’s tech support team, Erin Andrews, handled the complete transition from my old iPad to my new one. She was absolutely outstanding in her technical competence and pleasant personality! She made my purchase a very pleasant experience and took the time to address all my questions.

    I was hoping to use primarily as a monitor but apparently it cant even do something as simple as that. Clunky heavy and uncomfortable.

    I was shopping for my daughter’s ipad and pencil, amongst other things and i noticed that if i signed up for this membership, it would be FREE because of the discounts id get as a Plus member on the other items in my cart. What’s great is they would apply the discounts by just having the membership In my cart and therefore taking advantage of the discounts immediately before actually paying for the membership. Now i have a year left of member exclusive deals and free 2 day shipping, love it!

    I am used to places honoring a 30 day return period and was not expecting for Best Buy’s policy to be 14 days. I was preoccupied with moving and personal things and had a chance to visit a store exactly three weeks after the purchase date of my item. The manager was unwilling to give me store credit for my item so I had no other option than to buy this membership so I could return my item. I don’t buy enough appliances or electronics to make this membership worth it, and I am often able to find better deals with other stores anyways.

    Initially purchased because Plus membership price was covered by the discount sale price i received on an item. Seemed ok, but when I ran into a shipping credit issue I expected an increased level of customer service. This did not happen. I was forced to spend over 2 hours on chat tofinally get a refund on an item that was not delivered. I did not receive the refund, nor any indication of a recognition of the problem for over 2 weeks. I was offered no additional apologies or inconvenience reimbursement, very disappointing.
